• The resurrection goes to our identity and how we see ourselves. Do you see yourself as new creations in Christ? Or do we still see ourselves as the same old sinner with the same old habits and lifestyle as before?

• Social media and daily scrolling is probably not going to get your mind in that space. The average American spends 2 hours and 20 minutes a day on social media. How does scrolling and social media affect you? 

•  We are to find our identity in Christ, and Christ alone. Before becoming a Christain where did you most often find your identity?

• Do you ever find yourself longing for the old life in an unhealthy way? If so, how do you counteract that feeling?

• Pornography is a huge problem today. How does one protect themselves from the onslaught of pornography?

• How does one keep themselves pure in the sexual realm?

• Paul's list of relationship killers includes anger, malicious behavior, Slander, and dirty language. Of these, which did you struggle the most with before Christ?

• Paul returns us to our identity. Have you ever done something, maybe it was a reflex but it was the wrong thing and then you thought, “That’s not who I am?” Tell us about it.

• Who do I need to have mercy and compassion on?

• Who do I need to be kind to?

• Is there a class of people that you find yourself looking down on? 

• How might you change the way you feel about that group of people? 

• In what area of my life do I need to practice humility?

• In what area of my life do I need to exercise more self-control with people?

• What kind of people test your patience? How might you grow in that area of your life?

• Do you find it easy or challenging to be a thankful person?

• The Christian life doesn’t begin with, “Try harder.” It begins with, “You have been raised with Christ.” Please explain what you think the quote means.

• Paul mentions singing Psalm and hymns and spiritual songs to God. How do you best worship God?
